The Old Vic house was built in 1895 as a lodging house for people in NYC to escape the heat of a city’s summer, to go hunting, to picnic and play in the Catskills.  Our shady back porch overlooks the old mill pond and there are rocking chairs on the front porch to relax with a book and a cup of tea.

The Bungalow is a 1930s craftsman style home, with new furnishings and systems, but retaining a vintage feel.  The breakfast room and a porch under a wide veranda overlook the mill pond, and wildlife and birds are constant visitors.
