Reservations cancelled more than 2 weeks, meaning 14 days or more, prior to 3 pm on your reserved arrival date will receive a full refund of your deposit, less a $50.00 administrative fee.
Reservations cancelled within 2 weeks, meaning 3-13 days, prior to 3 pm on your reserved arrival date will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
Reservations cancelled within 1-2 days prior to 3 pm on your reserved arrival date, or in the care of no-show, will be charged 100% of the reserved stay.
Weather related reservations are refunded in full only if traffic, other than emergency vehicles, is prohibited from traveling on federal highways in the greater New York or Philadelphia region.
