You can use whoever you want for coordination, photography, florists, caterers, DJs and other professionals.  We work well with everyone, from local vendors to Michelin-star chefs, and we can provide you with a list of vendors with a variety of approaches. There is no fee for using your favorite vendors.


Creating Your Wedding Experience


Pricing Includes all taxes and service fees.


Gratuity is appreciated but not required.


Pricing does not include professionals such as DJ, photographers, florist, cake, bar and caterer. We have a list of vendors others have used from both the local area and from NYC.


Peak Season Package:


April 1 - November 15

Thursday and Friday Wedding Package: $16,000

Saturday Wedding Package: $15,000

Sunday Wedding Package: $9,000

Sunday Pricing on a holiday is the same as Saturday.


Winter Pricing Package:


November 16 - March 31

Thursday and Friday Wedding Package: $14,000
Saturday Wedding Package:  $12,000

Sunday Wedding Package: $8,000



3 rooms will be available for you and your guests the night after your wedding in the Cottage in the Pines.  During the summer our nearest neighbor has three glamping tents that may be booked for an additional charge of $200/tent through AirBNB. 


Wedding Day Planning


Every couple that books with the Cottage in the Pines is welcomed by our team.  Lynn, the owner, has worked relentlessly to design a space that is beautiful and stylish in every detail as well as easy to enjoy.  Julia, the innkeeper, was a bride at the Cottage in November and can tell you first hand what to expect and help coordinate all the teams that will work on your event. Linda, our housekeeper and Francisco, our groundskeeper work tirelessly to keep everything fresh and lovely.  As soon as you book we assist in the planning of your day.  We will provide you with a vendor list to help you plan a perfect event.  Three or four months before your wedding we will reach out and make sure that everything is on track and that your vision and your event are lining up.  

Typical Wedding Schedule:


8-10am: Couple and Attendants Arrive in Dressing Rooms to prepare


12:00pm: Light lunch is served


2:00pm: First Look and Rehearsal


3:30pm: Guests begin arriving. Pre-Ceremony Refreshments with Appetizers


5pm: Ceremony in woods, pergola or in Phoebe’s Garden if weather doesn’t cooperate


5:30pm: Post Ceremony Cocktail Party with Appetizers in Phoebe’s Garden


7pm: Reception Dinner in the Magic Lantern


11pm: Late Night Appetizers in the Barn


12:00: Last Shuttle Bus to Hotel


10-11am: Guest Check Out
